Dr. Johnson is married and lives in Fayetteville with his wife and three children. He is active in his community and has served on the Elizabeth Richardson center board and currently works with Pagnozzi Charities, She Made a Difference Foundation, as well as other local community projects. Dr. Johnson is an avid pilot and enjoys flying, hunting, and fishing as well as spending quality time with his family and friends. |
Miles M. Johnson, M.D.
Dr. Johnson is currently the only full time private practice Electromyographer in Northwest Arkansas. He has performed more than 30,000 procedures during his career and has vast knowledge of nerve and muscle disorders.
Dr. Miles is a graduate of the University of Texas and completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Johnson is double board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostic Medicine (EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies). He is a member of the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM) and a member of the Arkansas Medical Society. He is currently the only private practice physician in Western Arkansas who is board certified in EMG and NCS.
Dr. Johnson attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, and served his Internship in Family Practice at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock, Texas. He completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas and is a double board-certified specialist.
Positions in which Dr. Johnson has served include the Assistant Medical Director of Springcreek Rehabilitation Hospital in Dallas, Texas, and the Medical Director of Levi Hospital in Hot Springs, Arkansas. More recently Dr. Johnson has been the Assistant Medical Director for Health South Rehabilitation Hospital in Fayetteville. He is on consulting staff at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Summit Medical Center, North Arkansas Regional Medical Center, Mercy Medical Center, Northwest Medical Center in Washington and Benton County, as well as Willow Creek.
Dr. Johnson continually participates in continuing medical education regarding his specialty to keep abreast of the latest and most up to date information and changes.

Tyler Estes, M.D.
Dr. Tyler Estes, a native of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, is proud to return home and serve the Northwest Arkansas community as the newest partner at NWA EMG Clinic. A graduate of John Brown University, Dr. Estes was a member of the university’s national championship entrepreneurship team before pursuing his medical education at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). There, he completed both his medical degree and residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, where he served as Chief Resident. During residency, Dr. Estes was specially selected to launch and lead a semi-autonomous electrodiagnostic clinic and was awarded for achieving top national scores in electrodiagnostic testing. He also developed and delivered the formal electrodiagnostic curriculum for the residency program, earning recognition for both academic excellence and mentorship. Dr. Estes brings to his practice not only outstanding clinical expertise, particularly in EMG and nerve conduction studies, but also a deep commitment to patient care, collaboration, and community. He and his wife, Katie, are thrilled to raise their newborn son, JT, close to family and friends in the region. Referring providers can feel confident entrusting their patients to Dr. Estes’ capable hands — his reputation for precision, professionalism, and compassionate care speaks for itself.
